Towering peat smoke envelops a crisp maritime core—iodine, sea spray and mineral salt blaze with zesty citrus. Underneath, vanilla sweetness and a touch of oak spice peek through, while a hint of sherry adds polished warmth to the aroma.

Palate

On the palate, it is a bold, velvety peat explosion tempered by sherry sweetness. Intense peat smoke, medicinal iodine and coastal brine fuse with dark fruit, cocoa and toffee, carried on a creamy vanilla-oak backbone. Spices—pepper, clove—twirl through a mineral, seaside finish. The finish is long, warming, and quietly ashy, with a final citrus-bright lift that keeps it radiant.

An expansive, coastal finish of peat and sea-salt, evolving into dark fruit, cocoa, and warming spice from sherry cask influence. The smoke lingers long, with resinous oak, orange zest, and a final whisper of ash that persists on the tongue.
