Palate

Powerful, medicinal peat coats the palate with sea-salt brine and smoke, opening to ripe dried fruit, cocoa and vanilla. Bold barley and toasted oak lend structure, while citrus zest and iodine keep it bright. A long, warming finish of smoke, spice and a whisper of sweetness lingers.

Finish

Long, monumental peat lingers, carried by saline smoke, iodine and mineral grit. Subtle vanilla sweetness and cocoa emerge, then fade to toasted oak. A final whisper of sea spray and charred sugar lingers, leaving a velvety, warming finish that expands and slowly sighs away.
