Distilled in 2007 and matured for 18 years in a combination of sherry and red wine seasoned American and European oak casks, the whisky offers refined notes of sweet polished oak, vanilla bean and rich dried fruits. Smooth and inviting, the palate unfolds with creamy vanilla and caramel, followed by hints of cocoa powder, champagne truffles, coffee, dried figs, berries and apricots.
