The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut is the final chapter in the Harmony Collection, returning to The Macallan Estate and bringing the series full circle. Created in collaboration with the world-renowned El Celler de Can Roca, the release forms part of the TimeSpirit Dining Experience, with Jordi Roca developing a collection of imaginative sweet creations designed to complement the whisky’s distinctive flavour profile.

Bottled at 46.3% ABV, the whisky offers notes of fresh coconut, citrus and tropical fruit layered with vanilla, sweet oak and gentle spice. Coconut milk and zesty lime unfold across the palate, leading to a bright, softly floral finish. Its nuanced coconut character comes naturally from specially selected sherry-seasoned American oak casks, chosen for their high levels of oak lactones and balanced with bourbon casks to further refine the flavour.

Reflecting The Macallan’s close connection to the natural world, the presentation incorporates organic materials that have reached the end of their natural lives. The result is a vibrant and carefully composed single malt that showcases the Whisky Mastery Team’s precise cask selection and the balance between the art and science of whisky making.
