The fifth edition in The Macallan Harmony Collection has taken inspiration from JING’s Phoenix Honey Orchid; an iconic, heady and complex tea with lush dessert wine aromas and exotic fruit notes.

In homage to the world of tea, waste tea leaves (deemed unsuitable for consumption) have been repurposed in the presentation box.

Lush peach in syrup unfolds with warm citrus and toffee; delicate floral whispers drift over a supple palate, finishing with a soft leafy astringency.

Fruity, sweet and complex, this finish lingers like sun-kissed peaches and tropical fruit, tempered by honeyed sweetness and toffee. A delicate floral warmth threads through, leaving a refined, layered conclusion.

The Macallan
Macallan was founded by Alexander Reid in 1824 on the Easter Elchies Estate above the River Spey, and it was one of the first distilleries in Scotland to become legally licensed. The name comes from the older place name “Maghellan”, combining the Gaelic magh for fertile ground with a reference to St Fillan, who was associated with the church that once stood on the estate. Easter Elchies House, which remains central to the brand’s identity, dates from around 1700 and still sits at the heart of the estate.
