Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with golden honey highlights and a coppery shimmer.
Nose
Floral, creamy and softly sweet on the nose, with generous vanilla, cotton candy and marshmallow. Lemon pound cake and fresh grapes add brightness, while cinnamon and star fruit weave in a spiced, tropical lift. A gentle depth hints at oak and subtle fruit-spark, inviting a calm, luxurious swirl.
Palate
Relatively bitter with restrained sourness, the palate opens with chili pepper and cinnamon, rounded by cardamom and a light sweetness. A fleeting IPA hop note crosses the tongue, giving a spark before a long, spicy, citrus-driven finish that lingers with bitterness and pepper.
Finish
Bitter citrus lingers on the palate, tangy at the tongue’s edges, with a warming, peppery spice that travels down the throat. A precise, long finish that verges on perfection.
