Distilled at Craigellachie in 2008, This Single Cask and Single Malt Scotch whisky has been aged for 14 years in oak casks at the infamous Speyside region; and bottled in 2023 by Duncan Taylor as a part of ''The Octave'' series.

The Octave Collection is extensive with something for all tastes, be it a single malt, a single grain or a blended malt whisky. Featured distilleries include Aultmore, Bhunnahabhain, Brackla, Caol Ila, Glenallachie, Glen Moray, Highland Park, Miltonduff and Tobermory.

Craigellachie
(Craig-ELL-a-key) Craigellachie was built in 1890, with production beginning in 1891, and was designed by Charles Doig for a consortium led by Alexander Edward and Peter Mackie. From the start it was closely tied to the White Horse blend, and that link shaped much of the distillery’s early history. Long known locally as the White Horse Distillery, Craigellachie later became part of Bacardi in 1998 through John Dewar & Sons.
