Deep burnished amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany glow.
Nose
Pineapple tarte tatin leads the nose, velvety crème anglaise, soft cereals and toasted banana bread layering in harmony, with a subtle whisper of smoke curling through the aroma.
Palate
Boldly complex, the palate rides a bright sweetness with sweet acidity, weaving soft fruits and candied fruit into toffee and almond notes, bound by toasted oak. A warm, lingering finish reveals depth and polish.
Finish
A long, indulgent finale of warm oak spice, dried fruit and honey, softly echoing the spirit’s depth and age.
