The fourth release in the Harmony Collection has been created in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil to tell the story of the cask maturation in an imaginative, visual and innovative way.
Expertly created by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, the Single Malt was matured in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks. These casks have been carefully selected to deliver the classic American oak flavours of vanilla, citrus and sweet oak, naturally derived from the cask during maturation, with a medium, sweet finish that delicately lingers.

Nose
Intense vanilla and creamy toffee mingle with bright citrus zest and orange oil. Sherry-influenced oak adds gentle spice and toasted notes, while hints of raisin and dried fruit weave through a silky sweetness, yielding a fragrant, inviting aroma with a refined, lingering warmth.
Palate
Silky and inviting, the palate delivers vanilla and bright citrus atop a base of sweet oak. First-fill sherry influence yields toffee, raisin and gentle spice, while refill casks keep the sweetness balanced. Medium-bodied with a creamy texture, it lingers in a softly sweet finish of warm oak and citrus zest.

Medium, sweet finish that delicately lingers, weaving vanilla and citrus with honeyed oak into a soft, warming fade.
