Palate

Honeyed malt coats the palate with toasted grain and a subtle earthiness, lifting a gentle coastal saltiness. Delicate smoke lingers in the background, while sherry-cask sweetness from the Sauternes and PX casks threads through, finishing long and warming with a refined peated glow.

Finish

Silky and expansive, the finish carries a tide of maritime smoke and salt, slowly revealing honeyed malt and toasted grain. Sherried richness from PX and Sauternes lingers as a warm sweetness, while the peat breath remains, an earthy edge that fades into a long, soft oak-spice fade with a final whisper of smoke.
