Octomore 15.3 is the second most heavily peated Whisky Bruichladdich Distillery has ever released to date, malted to 307.2PPM. The 15.3 release has been matured in a combination of first fill bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, which counters the formidable smoke with notes of ripe fruit. Kissed by salty sea spray, the home-grown Islay barley imparts a malty sweetness to this powerful yet nuanced Single Malt Whisky.
