Colour
Golden amber with sun-kissed honey tones.
Nose
Intense peat smoke layers over creamy vanilla and toasted virgin oak. Dry fruit notes—fig, apricot, raisin—unfold with gentle spice and a whisper of cocoa, yielding a poised, coastal aroma that’s impeccably well-rounded.
Palate
On the palate, a rich core of vanilla and toasted virgin oak frames a dry-fruit spectrum of apricot, fig and raisin. Peat smoke and mineral salt intertwine with warm spice—clove and pepper—giving structure. The virgin oak tannins knit the profile into a long, dry finish with a whisper of smoke.
Finish
A long, refined finish anchored by dry fruit character, impeccably well-rounded, with a soft, lingering warmth from virgin oak.
