Colour
Bright golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a touch of copper.
Nose
An eruption of peat smoke with sea-salt brine and medicinal iodine fills the nose, wrapped in tar and ash. Beneath the smoke, vanilla-caramel richness from American oak adds sweetness, while citrus zest and toasted barley offer a bright counterpoint to the intensity.
Palate
Powdery peat smoke floods the palate, carried by iodine and sea-salt notes. Char and mineral smoke mingle with vanilla-kissed oak, while peppery spice tightens the mid-palate. A bracing, coastal sweetness lingers, leaving a long, crisp finish of smoke and citrus zest.
Finish
Long, peat‑driven finish with intense smoke gradually softening into vanilla and oak spice. Sea‑salt tang and citrus peel thread through the warmth, leaving a mineral, slightly sweet tobacco‑charm that lingers with a warming, charred edge.
