Rosemaund Farm 2nd Release Orchard Cut English Single Malt Whisky 10 Year Old
In stock
Rosemaund Farm’s Orchard Cut is a 10-year-old English single malt shaped very much by its Herefordshire setting. Made with Maris Otter barley and distilled and aged among the old apple orchards on the family farm, it takes a bright, lifted approach, with a distinctly green, spring-like character that sets it apart from heavier oak-led styles. The release was produced in 1,500 bottles and bottled at 47.5% ABV.
Matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks from Heaven Hill and Jim Beam, Orchard Cut keeps the wood influence focused on freshness and shape rather than richness for its own sake. That works especially well with the distillery’s style, bringing together apple, citrus and floral notes with a softer layer of honey, spice and dried fruit. The result is a polished, orchard-led English whisky with clarity, brightness and a strong sense of place.
