Oxford Artisan Distillery (often shortened to TOAD) is notable for being Oxford’s first legal distillery, and one of the UK’s few organic grain-to-glass producers, meaning the grains are grown, distilled and matured locally. This whisky is made using a mash bill of ancient heritage grains – corn, rye, wheat and malted barley – reflecting the distillery’s focus on traditional farming and historic grain varieties.
