Colour
Rich golden amber with coppery highlights and a honeyed, sunlit glow.
Nose
Warm vanilla and caramel rise with toasted oak, a hint of coconut and creamy toffee. Brown sugar and baking spice mingle with fresh barley, lemon zest, and a breath of sea air, all carried by a bright, high-octane bourbon signature.
Palate
Bold, full-bodied palate at cask strength; vanilla and toffee mingle with tropical fruit and coconut from the ex-Bourbon cask. Creamy caramel sweetness rides a spine of cinnamon and clove, finishing with toasted oak, almond, and a warming, peppery kiss that lingers.
Finish
Long, warming finish with vanilla bean, toffee and toasted oak, sprinkled with coconut. Bright citrus zest and baking spice unwind into a subtle peppery fade, leaving a lingering, sun-warmed oak echo and a touch of sweetness that lingers on the palate.
