Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a creamy, warm glow.
Nose
Opulent, inviting aromas of vanilla fudge and orange fondant, creamy cake mix and freshly baked Danish pastries, with white chocolate cannoli hints from a sunlit Italian holiday. Subtle charred oak and singed straw flutter through, mingling with delicate white flowers—sweet peas in a summer garden.
Palate
Start with generous marzipan and sugared almonds, giving way to bakery-laden richness of croissants and mille-feuille from a French patisserie. Orange blossom honey threads through, with baking spices and gentle peppery oak, then a green stewed fruit compote lingering.
Finish
Butterscotch and marzipan give way to white chocolate bon bons, enlivened by fizzy sweet-shop candy notes and vanillin oak. Orange oil lingers, accompanied by late aromatic spice.
