The first ever independent bottling of Tomatin single malt Scotch whisky from That Boutique-y Whisky Company is 21 year old.
The label features a bushel of tomatoes (some say Tomato and some say Tomatin!) including one that has strangely turned into a whisky hipster with traditional Scottish headgear, all he needs is interesting facial hair and an Ardbeg tattoo to complete the look!
Batch 1 is a release of 304 bottles.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep burnished amber with copper-gold glow and a whisper of mahogany.
Nose
Bright lemon pancakes mingle with vanilla-kissed wood, while freshly baked almond croissants rise against fragrant floral honey. Baked apricots glow softly, finished with a delicate dusting of custard powder.
Palate
Custard cream biscuits meet fizzy spiced oak, vanilla wafers and blueberry compote, with pannacotta and crème caramel lending silky richness, finishing in white chocolate chip buttery shortbread.
Finish
Sweet spice mingles with creamy vanilla and oak, followed by sugared almonds, toasted marshmallows and a bright note of orange oil, leaving a warm, lingering finish.
