Colour

Pale gold with a delicate straw hue

Nose

Lemon zest and poached pear lead to orange marmalade, while vanilla pod rises beside red apple and a whisper of soft charred oak.

Palate

Rich citrus zest and soft banana notes complement sweet honey. Toasted hazelnuts develop, accompanied by milk chocolate and brown sugar.

Finish

Medium-bodied finish lingering with baked apples, a hint of white pepper, and mature oak, leaving a warm, orchard-spiced finale.

Tomatin
(Tom-AH-tin) Established 1897, the Tomatin distillery can be found in the very remote Highland countryside about 25 miles south of Inverness. Like many distilleries over the years, Tomatin has experienced its share of closures. In February 1986 two Japanese companies (Takara Shuzo and Okura & Co.) purchased the distillery, of which Takara Shuzo proudly remains the majority shareholder.
