This limited edition release from Aberfeldy spent most of its life in refill and recharred hogshead casks, before being finished in Pauillac red wine barrels from the Bordeaux region.
The Pauillac red wine cask imparts a vinous richness of dark berries (cassis and blackberry) with undercurrents of deep fruit and cedar, balanced by Aberfeldy’s signature honeyed smoothness and Highland malty sweetness.
