Annandale Rare Vintage Man O' Words - Single Bourbon Cask #143 Whisky 2014 Vintage

Colour

Bright golden amber with honeyed warmth and a sunlit glow.

Nose

Clean and sweet on the nose, with mixed orchard fruit—apple, nectarine, melon—brightened by creamy vanilla. A bouquet of fresh flowers and green leaves unfurls, anchored by a subtle earthy, pine-like undercurrent.

Palate

Clean and sweet at first, a chorus of mixed fruit, including apple sauce, nectarine and melon, gives way to creamy vanilla. A bouquet of fresh flowers and green leaves rises, carried on a softly earthy, pine-like backbone. The balance is bright and generous, with enduring sweetness and a warming, resinous finish.

Finish

Long, clean finish where fruit sweetness dissolves into creamy vanilla, then a delicate bouquet of fresh flowers and green leaves lingers. A subtle piney, earthy undertone threads through, leaving a bright, orchard-fresh resonance that persists with quiet elegance.
