Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a regal mahogany glow.
Nose
Perfumed and aromatic toasted oak with white stone fruit and fizzy citrus; musky peach and ripe melon mingle with vanilla panna cotta, while earthy chocolate and peach Melba add richness and an inviting sweetness.
Palate
On the palate, chocolate fudge coats the tongue, with white pepper and aromatic sweet spices (cinnamon and toasted vanilla) coursing through a cheesecake-like filling and biscuit base. Waxy orange, floral melon and spicy ginger weave a lively, rounded finish.
Finish
Floral and aromatic spice, peppery oak, melon and ginger, Demerara sugar, dried apricot, white chocolate, rum truffles, liquorice sticks and fizzy sherbet linger on the palate, a devilishly spicy-sweet finale.
