Colour

Natural deep amber with burnished copper and mahogany undertones; a warm honey-bronze core that catches ruby highlights at the rim.

Nose

Rich oak forms the backbone of the aroma, softened by a delicate nutmeg note. Sweeter highlights emerge: baked ripe figs, sultanas and black cherries, lending a luscious fruit-forward warmth that promises depth and elegance.

Palate

Fruit cake with toasted almonds and cinnamon leads into juicy zest of oranges and mandarins, balanced by manuka honey and muscovado sugar, with baked apricots and a white pepper note that adds welcome complexity.

Finish

Creamy and spicy, with lingering notes of dark chocolate, walnuts and dark fruits compote.
