Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich, sherried nose of dried fig, prune and raisin, with dark chocolate and toasted almond. Spices unfold—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—alongside orange zest and a whisper of espresso. Oak polish and a velvet streak of honeyed toffee add opulence, while a faint smoke breathes in the background.
