The whisky has been matured in ex-Sherry and Bourbon Casks and is bottled at 46% Vol without chill filtration or the addition of any colouring. There are 3,000 bottles available worldwide annually and as such this is a limited bottling.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, molten amber with coppery glints and a mahogany edge, enriched by sherry-cask maturation.
Nose
Rich oak unfolds with a gentle nutmeg nuance, followed by sweeter aromas of baked ripe figs, sultanas and black cherries.
Palate
Fruit cake richness coats the palate, with toasted almonds and cinnamon weaving through. Juicy orange and mandarin zest brightens the mid-palate, tempered by ribbons of manuka honey and muscovado sugar. Baked apricots mingle with a white pepper note, adding subtle spice and a layered, lingering sweetness.
Finish
Creamy and spicy, with a lingering finish of dark chocolate, walnuts and dark fruits compote.
