The third installation in the Signature Series from Arran is a 12 year old single malt signed by Distillery Manager, Stewart Bowman. It was initially matured for 6 years in a first and second fill bourbon barrels and then transferred to a first fill Spanish red wine cask and matured for a further 6 years.

Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery sheen and subtle ruby-tinged mahogany highlights.
Nose
Bright, with caramelised fruit and hazelnuts, touched by a whisper of salted caramel and zesty grapefruit rind.
Palate
Full-bodied and richly textured, with an oak-forward profile. Dark red berries mingle with creamy vanilla, while subtle ginger, sweet spice and a hint of aniseed linger on the palate.
Finish
Long, wine-kissed finish with dark red berry sweetness, creamy vanilla and oak spice lingering. Subtle ginger and aniseed weave through the warmth of the Duero Spanish red-cask finish, leaving a refined depth that lingers on the palate.
