A 10th anniversary bottling for master distlller James Mactaggart who Monitors each and every cask Arran produce, James is the guardian and champion of Isle of Arran Whisky with over 40 years of experience of distilling whisky, James knows the industry inside out.
Only 12,000 bottles released from a 2007 distillation and aged in first fill Ex-Bourbon casks and bottled at natural cask strength of 54.2% ABV.

Nose
An inviting carnival of candy sweetness and citrus lift: apple bon-bons and orange fondant mingle with creamy curd-like oak, white grapefruit and white chocolate cookie dough. Cream soda sparkle with lime zest and vanilla pod custard notes weaving through, delivering a bright, confectionery nose with a creamy vanilla undercurrent.
Palate
Peppery white chocolate greets the palate, with bright lime curd and creamy soda notes. Candy-shop pick-and-mix sweetness mingles with champagne truffles and custard powder, while fresh cereal and green fruit lend a buoyant lift. Angelica and subtle stock-syrup spices thread through, leaving a lively, gourmand finish.
Finish
Chocolate limes and pear drops linger, with herbal, peppery notes. Green apples in icing sugar mingle with vanilla sherbet and candy-heart sweetness, all against a backdrop of drying oak.
