A 10th anniversary bottling for master distlller James Mactaggart who Monitors each and every cask Arran produce, James is the guardian and champion of Isle of Arran Whisky with over 40 years of experience of distilling whisky, James knows the industry inside out.
Only 12,000 bottles released from a 2007 distillation and aged in first fill Ex-Bourbon casks and bottled at natural cask strength of 54.2% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Apple bon bons, orange fondant, creamy curd like oak, white grapefruit, white chocolate cookie dough, cream soda pop, some zesty lime and vanilla pod/custard notes.
Palate
Peppery white chocolate, lime curd, creamy soda pop, candyshop pick and mix, champagne truffles, custard powder, fresh cereal and some green fruit, angelica and stock syrup spices.
Finish
Chocolate limes, pear drops, herbal and peppery notes linger, green apples in icing sugar, love hearts and vanilla sherbet dip, drying oak.
