Tasting Notes
Colour
Luminous amber-gold with coppery glints and a mahogany edge, a warm, sunlit hue that hints at sherry sweetness and oak.
Nose
Green apple and orchard fruits lead the nose, counterpointed by creamy butterscotch and a hint of toasted oak. Fresh, inviting, with a warm, slightly sweet depth that foreshadows Arran's balanced oak influence.
Palate
Silky and balanced on the palate, with sherry depth delivering dark orchard fruits, toffee and almond, woven with creamy vanilla from the bourbon cask. A hint of cinnamon blends through the mid-palate, ending in a warm, oak-inflected finish that lingers softly.
Finish
Soft and lingering, with almond and creamy vanilla shaping the finish, crowned by a delicate whisper of cinnamon in the final mouthfeel.
