A new cask finished Arran for 2019! Continuing Arran's excellent sourcing of wine casks for their finishes, we have a Côte-Rôtie red wine finish (casks sourced from the Rhône Valley in France). This Single Malt has been finished in these casks for approx. 7 months and the resulting Single Malt is complex and bursting with flavour.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Spicy dark fruits, ripe cherry and delicate parma violets rise in the glass, a perfumed, Rhône-inspired bouquet.
Palate
Chocolate, fig and plums are underwritten by smoked oak, balanced well by the light citrus nature of the Arran Malt.
Finish
The Côte-Rôtie expression is smooth and rich, leaving memory of candied fruit and smoked pepper. A beautifully complex dram which highlights an ideal paring between theCôte-Rôtie cask and the Arran Malt.
