Tasting Notes
Nose
Grassy, smoky oatmeal with coastal citrus and earthy apple cores, a mineral lift and seaweed sheets for briny depth, finished with a bright note of pineapple salsa.
Palate
Spicy and peppery peat smoke with a zesty and biscuity mouthfeel, lime pickle, chilli flake heat, smoked pineapple dusted with vanilla icing sugar.
Finish
Tangy lime, lemongrass scorched over a coastal bonfire, fish cerviche with chilli flake and peppery vanilla.
