Colour
Deep burnished gold with copper-amber hues and a whisper of mahogany.
Nose
Grassy, smoky oatmeal with coastal citrus and earthy apple cores, a mineral lift and seaweed sheets for briny depth, finished with a bright note of pineapple salsa.
Palate
Spicy, peppery peat smoke coats a zesty, biscuity palate, with lime pickle brightness, chilli heat, and smoked pineapple dusted with vanilla icing sugar.
Finish
Tangy lime, lemongrass scorched over a coastal bonfire, fish cerviche with chilli flake and peppery vanilla.
