Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep bronzed amber with coppery highlights and a warm, honey-gold glow.
Nose
Honeycomb and pineapple open the nose, followed by abundant ripe white stone fruits and a delicate dusting of cocoa powder.
Palate
Rich tropical fruit floods the palate, with cocoa-dusted chocolate muffins, sugared almonds, and nutty nougat, finishing with marzipan’s bright almond sweetness that lingers luxuriously.
Finish
Creamy praline, pineapple on the griddle with a dusting of caramelised icing sugar and ginger spice.
