A brand new limited release from the Knockdhu distillery. This cask strength single malt was matured in a mixture of 50% ex-Bourbon and 50% ex-Sherry casks. Bottled at 54% this anCnoc expression is full bodied and oily with notes of rum and raisin and dark chocolate. The artwork on the box was designed by Patrick Grant.

Rich burnished amber with copper-gold glints and a deep mahogany edge, exuding warm, oily radiance.
Nose
Opulent aromas of rum-soaked raisins and dark chocolate mingle with rich sherry, vanilla-toned oak, and a glossy, oily heft. Toasted nuts and gentle spice lend complexity, all underscored by a warm Bourbon vanilla lift.
Palate
Opulent and mouth-coating, this cask-strength dram unfolds with a full, oily body. Bourbon sweetness threads through a sherried core, unveiling rum-soaked raisin, dark chocolate, and espresso, all carried on toasted oak with a poised spice that lingers into a warming, long finish.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with an oily mouthfeel. Rum and raisin linger, weaving through dark chocolate and sherry warmth, carried by a gentle spice and toasted oak, slowly fading into a luxurious, lingering glow.
