Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright pale gold with straw-yellow highlights, clear and gleaming in the glass; a sunlit, honeyed glow that lends the whisky a delicate, almost amber rim.
Nose
Bright pink grapefruit lifts the bouquet, edged by a fresh ribbon of coastal sea spray. Lime pickle and citrus curd mingle with subtle aniseed, finishing with a delicate hint of seaweed.
Palate
Ashy white pepper and peat weave through lime zest, citrus and crisp apple cores, with prickly pear notes, finishing in creamy vanilla oak.
Finish
Oily citrus lingers with ashy smoke, while creamy vanilla and pink grapefruit leave a bright, lasting finish.
