This Lowland single malt hails from Auchentoshan and was bottled by Murray McDavid as part of the Mission Gold Series. Distilled in 1999 and matured for 24 years, this single cask release showcases the distillery’s signature triple-distilled style enhanced by long aging. Bottled at natural cask strength and released exclusively for the UK market, it offers a refined yet expressive interpretation of Auchentoshan’s elegant character.
Smooth and well-balanced, delivering flavours of crème brûlée, ripe pear and sweet barley sugar. The extended maturation brings depth with layers of almond, white chocolate and soft oak spice, while maintaining the distillery’s hallmark delicacy.
