Nose

Dried cherry and raspberry jam mingle with aromatic tobacco, nougat, toffee, fruit-and-nut chocolate, rum-soaked brioche, earthy ginger, and a delicate veil of rose water and floral notes.

Palate

On the palate, a deep dark honeycomb sweetness unfolds, with ginger heat and cherry tobacco, framed by rum-soaked notes and aromatic spices. Earthy, leathery depth supports spicy vanillin oak tannins, while peppery rye bread adds bite. A late whisper of smoke settles with roasted red pepper sweetness.

Finish

Dark treacle and ginger crystallize on the finish, giving way to earthy smoke and toasted spices, with hints of aniseed and coffee grind. Chocolate honeycomb lingers, finished by late pink peppercorn notes.
