Palate

Velvety and full-bodied, the palate delivers rich Oloroso sweetness with prune, fig and dried cherry, folded into cocoa, toffee and walnut. Spices—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—rise over toasted oak, while espresso and caramel linger. At 58.5% ABV the warmth is seamless, ending in a long, nutty sherried finish with a subtle savoury bite.
