Harmonious balance of the four cask expressions on the palate, with generous dark fruit supported by toasted oak and spice; a velvety, multi-layered mouthfeel with a subtle peat undercurrent.
Finish
Long and complex, the finish opens with smoked honey and slowly reveals dark fruit and spice. Oak-driven warmth from sherry, bourbon, virgin oak and port lingers as a velvety sweetness, fading to a subtle, smoky whisper.
