Peat smoke, iodine and sea-air entwine with luxurious oloroso. Dried figs, raisins and dates rise with toffee, cocoa and almond, while orange zest adds bright lift. At 51% ABV the bouquet stays bold, warm and long, a rare, single-cask perfume from Speyside.

Palate

Full, velvety on the palate, with an oily mouthfeel. Peat smoke mingles with rich oloroso sherry, delivering dark fruit—figs, raisins, prunes—alongside roasted almond, cocoa, and toffee. A resinous sweetness lingers, evolving into spice and a long, warming finish crowned by peat and a touch of salt.

Long, warming finish with peat smoke threaded through Oloroso richness; dried fig and date sweetness, cocoa and spice, and a final kiss of toasted oak that lingers softly.
