A 26 Year Old, Single Cask, Single Malt Whisky from the Auchentoshan distillery located near Glasgow in the Scottish Lowlands. One of just 195 bottles.
The Alistair Walker Whisky Company was founded in 2018 and specialises in bottling Single Cask releases of Scotch Single Malt and Single Grain whiskies. The inaugural release of their flagship brand "Infrequent Fliers" was released in July 2019, with the focus being on lesser known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available. All small batch releases that are bottles at cask strength, with natural colour, and un-chill filtered.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with honeyed warmth and a subtle copper glow.
Nose
Polished oak and vanilla greet the nose, brightened by orange zest and green apple. Delicate orchard fruit fades into rich dried fig and raisin, with almond and toasted walnut notes. A whisper of sherry lingers, weaving spice—cinnamon and clove—through a creamy, cocoa-kissed finish. Refined, restrained, and beautifully aged.
Palate
Silky and poised, the palate opens with citrus zest, vanilla and soft almond sweetness. It unfolds into dried fruit and a hint of cocoa, framed by gentle spice and polished oak. A delicate, sherry-influenced nuance lingers into a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long, refined finish with sherried dark fruits, cocoa and orange zest, evolving into toasted almond and gentle spice. The oak rests softly, a whisper of tobacco and leather, and a velvety warmth lingers, leaving a quietly decadent, lingering sweetness.
