Nose
An elegant bouquet of orchard fruits—ripe pear and apple—layered with vanilla and honeyed sweetness. Subtle sherry oak adds warmth and spice—cinnamon and clove—with a trace of dark chocolate and toffee, finishing with a refined citrus lift and polished, airy elegance.
Palate
Rich and refined, this 16-year-old unfurls with dark dried fruits and orange peel, balanced by glossy toffee and cocoa from sherry maturation.
