Part of the Ancnoc Ltd Edition range - A Rascan is a tool used for breaking up the top layer of turf to enable access to the rich peat underneath. Lightly peated to 11.1PPM and that is post distillation levels.

A refreshing, clean and zingy peated Highland with charred tropical fruit, smoked salty lemon and white pepper.

Nose

Lightly peated to 11.1 PPM, the nose is bright and clean with a lively zing. Charred tropical fruit threads through smoke, balanced by salted lemon and a lift of white pepper for a crisp, buoyant Highland aroma.

(a-NOCK) Built in 1893, anCnoc is situated on the eastern flank of Speyside, near to Keith. The distillery ran until 1983; like many other distilleries at the time, it was closed as a result of the "Whisky Loch". Inver House bought and reopened the distillery in 1988.
