Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale gold with sunlit honey highlights and a faint copper-amber glow.
Nose
Delicate and bright on the nose, with orchard fruit—ripe pear and apple—dappled by lemon zest. Vanilla and pale honey mingle with soft malt and almond notes, while a light oak spice lingers. A whisper of toffee and subtle sherry sweetness adds gentle warmth to this perfumed Speyside bouquet.
Palate
Silky and lightly creamy on the palate, this Strathmill carries a gentle sweetness with orchard fruit and vanilla. Notes of almond, toffee, and dried fruit mingle with orange zest, while a soft sherry sheen coats the mid-palate. Subtle cocoa and spice emerge, finishing smooth, warming, and lightly nutty.
Finish
Clean, elegant finish that lingers softly. Orchard fruit and honey give way to creamy vanilla and subtle toasty oak, with whispers of dried fruit and spice from the sherry cask. A gentle, warming fade that remains well-balanced and refined.
