Nose

Sherry-influenced aroma with rich dark fruits—raisin, plum and fig—woven with toasted almond and cocoa. A bright hint of orange zest adds lift, while gentle oak spice—cinnamon and clove—settles into vanilla and caramel, delivering a velvety, inviting nose.

Balmenach
(bal-MEN-ach) Balmenach was licensed in 1824 by James MacGregor at Balminoch Farm, near Cromdale in Speyside, making it one of the older licensed distilleries in the region. The site later passed to Glenlivet Distillers in 1897 and became part of DCL in the 1920s, with much of its production used for blended Scotch rather than official single malt bottlings.
