The Knockdhu Distillery nestles under the mysterious Knock Hill, known to locals by its Gaelic name anCnoc. Curiously, the Single Malt produced from the Knockdhu Distillery is not named after the Distillery. It is proudly named after the anCnoc, which provides the source of the pure crystal spring water that is an essential element of anCnoc Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

Nose
Soft peat smoke merges with creamy malt, lifting bright citrus zest and crisp green apple. Subtle vanilla and honeyed toffee unfold, while a gentle maritime hint and faint heather lend depth—refined, approachable, and quietly intriguing.
Palate
On the palate, a supple, medium-bodied malt carries a delicate peat smoke that never dominates. Honeyed orchard fruit and citrus zest mingle with vanilla and subtle toffee, while a clean barley sweetness adds depth. A faint spice and wisps of ash emerge mid-palate, finishing with balanced warmth and a softly lingering, refined finish.
Finish
