Colour
Deep golden amber with coppery undertones and a honeyed glow.
Nose
Warm sourdough bread and salted popcorn rise from the glass, a savory, comforting aroma with toasty bakery notes.
Palate
On the palate, dried fruits unfold with chamomile tea, bright grapefruit and a syrupy maple sweetness, all intertwined with salted walnut. The result is elegant, gently nutty and balanced, with a subtle savory lift from the Manzanilla influence.
Finish
Slightly salty, the finish bears the hallmark of Manzanilla sherry, with warming brown butter lingering on the palate.
