Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright copper-gold with warm amber edges, a glossy sunlit glow that hints at honey from first-fill bourbon and the copper-heart of Tomatin’s stills.
Nose
White grapefruit dusted with icing sugar opens to almond milk, rice pudding and lychee, woven with white chocolate, musky white peach, malted milk biscuits and a whisper of vanilla toast.
Palate
Luxuriously indulgent on the palate: buttery sponge cake mingles with sugared almonds and marzipan, creamy nougat and marshmallows, white chocolate, and walnut whips. Vanilla cheesecake glides through, with a playful hint of spice and rhubarb-and-custard sweetness lingering into the finish.
Finish
Almond nougat and white grapefruit linger, with vanilla fudge and a milky ginger latte. Custard powder sweetness threads through playful pick-and-mix fizzy notes, leaving a long, aromatic spice that softly coats the senses.
