After initially maturing in traditional oak casks over a number of years, the spirit has been finished in a hand-selected White Port Single Cask from the Douro Valley in northern Portugal.

On the nose, anticipate hints of sweet honey, lemon drops and freshly polished wood. The palate delivers spicy ginger and lemongrass, accompanied by a touch of liquorice. The long finish brings waves of juicy red fruits and a blackcurrant jus.
