Palate
On the palate, bold cask-strength peat floods the tongue: smoke-drenched, coal-dark and earthy, with leather and ash weaving through a briny core. Sherry sweetness threads through dark fruit and cocoa, tempered by warm spice. Robust and warming, the finish lingers with smoky length and a final kiss of sweetness.
Finish
Long, smoky finish smolders with peat and coal-dusted ash, its leathery, earthy core persisting as the warmth lingers. A festive sweetness threads through the tail, weaving coastal notes with ember-soft spice for a lingering, soot-kissed glow.
