Rich copper-gold with a sunlit amber core and a soft mahogany fringe, gleaming with sherry-kissed depth.
Nose
Sweet peat and tar rise with chimney-smoked notes, mingling with damp earth and sea-salt. Briny air threads through the aroma, lifting the smoke with a crisp, oceanic freshness and a faint waxy warmth that hints at a candle-lit hearth.
Palate
On the palate, dense peat smoke and sweet tar cloak the tongue, guided by a briny sea-salt backbone. Charred wood and damp earth add depth, while iodine and sea air lend a crisp maritime lift. The warmth from the high ABV carries through to a long finish, returning to a brisk, oceanic freshness that lingers.
