Palate

Rich and velvety, the palate unveils dark dried fruits—fig and raisin—alongside orange zest, treacle and vanilla, with a nutty depth. Sherry from the single refill butt laces cocoa, cinnamon and a whisper of leather over polished oak. Long, warming finish with lingering fruit and subtle spice.

Finish

Elegant and long, the finish unfolds with sherry-tinged warmth. Dark sugar-soaked fruits—prune, fig, cherry—drift through cocoa and roasted almond, while ribbons of cinnamon and clove drift in, fading to a mellow, honeyed oak glow that lingers softly on the palate.
